☮️ Physical activity is a natural antidote to excessive screen time — which is a key component of an inactive lifestyle! Excessive screen-time negatively affects mental health & physical health. Therefore, we will instill positive relationships with physical activity and screen-time during early parenthood and childhood. ☮️

☯️ Joanna Mason is a certified Cosmic Kids Yoga Teacher and life coach who is professionally trained in the Guided Meditation Framework, a system which uses neurochemistry and combines the benefits of meditation, visualisation and coaching. ☯️
